Salesman was thorough — listened to our concerns and thoughts. Measurements were correct and blinds were installed quickly. All personnel were courteous and asked questions to ensure the blinds were installed as we desired. And they disposed of the old blinds!

Meeting up with the Latreia folks was the best thing for us….from friendly Jill at the Mess Market who set us up with guys to come out to us (and, hey…they called us within 2 hours….i know, amazing); to friendly Rob who came out in a couple of days to help us with what we needed and coming up with a fair, reasonable estimate; and to the friendly gentlemen who came to install the blinds, shutters and were very helpful and patient in showing us how everything worked, etc. We’re extremely thrilled with the end product and how we were treated. Outstanding Customer Service and Professional Installation.This has been the best experience I've had with a company that truly went above and beyond in costumer service. Rob Douglas visited our office and took the time to throughly explain what we actually needed when it came to blinds for our windows. His knowledge and honest recommendations were very much appreciated.When it came time for instalation, Rick and Anthony were fantastic. They were Professional, efficient, and also took the time to demonstrate how to properly take care for the blinds. The staff at Latreia are professional, timely, and very knowledgeable. They always call before they depart for your home. The motorized blinds are absolutely beautiful and cut down the heat and glare while allowing light to pass through. I would definitely recommend them highly.

The staff were all very professional and friendly!! Rob was so good about helping me select a good shade for my room!! The installers were also so nice and explained everything thoroughly! Shades are beautiful!!!
