Meeting up with the Latreia folks was the best thing for us….from friendly Jill at the Mess Market who set us up with guys to come out to us (and, hey…they called us within 2 hours….i know, amazing); to friendly Rob who came out in a couple of days to help us with what we needed and coming up with a fair, reasonable estimate; and to the friendly gentlemen who came to install the blinds, shutters and were very helpful and patient in showing us how everything worked, etc. We’re extremely thrilled with the end product and how we were treated. We purchased shutters and electric shades from Latreia and could not be happier with the products or with the installation. We have one electric shade over our sliding patio door. Since this is a bigger motor, it definitely runs a little louder than the smaller motors. However, it does an excellent job and the programming has remained stable and hasn’t changed. The installation of all these products was spot on and taken care of very quickly. At this point, we could not be happier with most of the products and the service.

We saw the in store display at the Mesa Flea Market and signed up for a free consultation inhome. The designer went over every option and gave us an education you cannot get on the internet. The best part was absolutely no pressure to buy. We chose a combination of shutters and shades. The measurement team came out and measured the whole house. The order was placed and about 4 weeks later we got a call to schedule the install. Their professional install team was done in about an hour and a half. Great experience from start to finish. Every member of their team is a knowledgeable pro.

From start to finish my Latreia experience has been nothing less than amazing! We invited Rob into our house to have him help my wife and I with the many choices and decisions that we made in selecting our new window coverings. He matched everything up perfect to compliment our newly remodeled kitchen. He was very professional! The next day we met David and Rick when they came over and made all the measurements to the windows then four weeks later, they installed our new window covers along with the remotes. On both occasions they were very prompt, clean, neat, professional but most of all very friendly and courteous! David was very instructional when it came time to set-up our Apps on our phones and showed us on how to use them along with the remote and sidekicks. I'd like to thank Charlie and his Latreia crew again very much for the outstanding service they give and the product that they stand behind.
