The technicians were efficient, personable and very knowledgeable on the product. The two technicians worked very well together and got the blinds up in no time at all. The blinds came in a lot quicker than expected and the color is perfect. Exceptional customer service from everyone! A top notch company! I would highly recommend this company.

From start to finish my Latreia experience has been nothing less than amazing! We invited Rob into our house to have him help my wife and I with the many choices and decisions that we made in selecting our new window coverings. He matched everything up perfect to compliment our newly remodeled kitchen. He was very professional! The next day we met David and Rick when they came over and made all the measurements to the windows then four weeks later, they installed our new window covers along with the remotes. On both occasions they were very prompt, clean, neat, professional but most of all very friendly and courteous! David was very instructional when it came time to set-up our Apps on our phones and showed us on how to use them along with the remote and sidekicks. I'd like to thank Charlie and his Latreia crew again very much for the outstanding service they give and the product that they stand behind. If you want quality window coverings and great customer service, this is the place to go! When we moved in to our house about ten years ago there was nothing on the windows. Charlie took care of us. We recently got some new energy efficient windows and Charlie once again came in with great personal care and helped us order some new window coverings!

Every step in the process was easy from help picking out what will work best in the room to showing me how to run the remote to control the shades. Everyone was friendly & helpful! Very happy!

Meeting up with the Latreia folks was the best thing for us….from friendly Jill at the Mess Market who set us up with guys to come out to us (and, hey…they called us within 2 hours….i know, amazing); to friendly Rob who came out in a couple of days to help us with what we needed and coming up with a fair, reasonable estimate; and to the friendly gentlemen who came to install the blinds, shutters and were very helpful and patient in showing us how everything worked, etc. We’re extremely thrilled with the end product and how we were treated.
